In order to fix the issue please do the following:
1. Purchase 1 bottle ( 6.7 fl oz ) of Goof Off Remover
2. open the laptop
3. Pour 1/2 the bottle of Goof Off Remover into keyboard
4. Close the laptop
5. Shake laptop well for 2 mins.
6. Open laptop and Turn on power for 10 secs. ( DO NOT EXCEED 10 SECS )
7. Flip laptop over and pour out paint the Goof Off Remover was able to remove
8. Repeat the above steps until all paint is removed.
If you can not repeat the above steps please refer to your owns manual on proper removal of purple paint.
